We like to keep life simple, all you need is a yoga / pilates mat. Additional props which you can use; Yoga block, Sculpt (ankle weights, hand weights).
Yes. We teach all levels in FBH workouts, whether you are beginner or advanced. We always set you up in the pose / exercise, provide physical modifications, and suggest advanced variations.
Yes. We always want to know how your body is feeling before we start the workout. We can speak privately before class regarding any injuries or pain and will ensure you are taken care of and feel good at all times.
Yes. All of our instructors have extensive knowledge in various Fitness training certificates; Power Yoga, Core Mat 1-2-3, Stott Reformer, Baptiste Power Yoga, Classical Ballet R.A.D and Meditation.
Yes. We offer private one-on-one and group sessions. We tailor the workout to your personal preference and always ask how you feel and how you want to feel. We can focus on building full body strength using Pilates, full body stretch, implementing Yoga and more. Price varies on location, participants and duration.
Power Pilates Core, Power Yoga, Full Body Sculpt, Full Body Stretch and short focused workouts, for example (core & arms).
