Mackenzie Perras is the Founder of Fitness Beauty Health™ (FBH), a holistic wellness brand offering full-body yoga, Pilates, and sculpt classes across Toronto, Muskoka, Florida, Costa Rica, and online. A certified yoga and Pilates instructor, wellness coach, and Epilepsy Canada advocate, Mackenzie blends mindful movement, breathwork, and proper alignment to support whole-body health for people of all abilities. Her background in classical ballet, acrobatics, and fashion, combined with her personal journey with Epilepsy, shaped FBH’s mission to inspire conscious, sustainable wellness through movement, education, and community.

Our Accreditation

FBH is certified in 500-hour Baptiste Power Yoga, Classical Pilates Mat (Levels I–III), and Stott Pilates Reformer from Essential to Advanced, with additional training in Balanced Body Mat, Yin Yoga and Mindful Meditation, TB12 Method mobility, and Shanti Sounds sound therapy.
