Mackenzie Perras is the Founder of Fitness Beauty Health™ (FBH), a mindful movement brand rooted in one core belief: the quality of instruction determines the quality of results. A teacher first, she holds herself to a high standard of sequencing, structure, and delivery. Her classes are alignment-driven, breath-led, and intentionally designed to be the most rewarding hour of her clients’ day. Students leave feeling strong, clear, and calm, knowing their bodies have been worked with precision and care. Her background in classical ballet and movement, combined with her personal evolution through epilepsy, shaped her philosophy around structural integrity, consistency, and longevity. She believes movement is not performance, it is a practice of caring for the body and mind with responsibility and intention. Under her leadership, Fitness Beauty Health™ has grown across Muskoka, Toronto, and Nosara, Costa Rica. Inspired by nature, well-being, and longevity, the brand’s classes, products, and offerings reflect the environments in which they are created, refined, grounded, and enduring.

Her work blends strength with steadiness and discipline with warmth, creating an experience that feels powerful, elevated, and deeply intentional.

Our Accreditation

FBH is certified in 500-hour Baptiste Power Yoga, Classical Pilates Mat (Levels I–III), and Stott Pilates Reformer from Essential to Advanced, with additional training in Balanced Body Mat, Yin Yoga and Mindful Meditation, TB12 Method mobility, and Shanti Sounds sound therapy.

Anyone can teach a pose, but it takes someone who can understand what your body is doing for them to actually help. McKenzie has an uncanny knack for knowing exactly how to position your body to allow the tension and stiffness to release. For me, I couldn’t stand up from a seated position without pressing down into the chair and feeling pain in my back.
