Our Team
Mackenzie Perras is the Founder of Fitness Beauty Health™ (FBH), a mindful movement wellness brand rooted in one core belief: the quality of instruction determines the quality of results. A teacher first, she holds herself to a high standard of sequencing, structure, and delivery.
Mackenzie’s love for movement evolved from a background in classical ballet. Personal health challenges navigating epilepsy shaped her philosophy, realizing movement is a way of caring for both the body and mind.
Under her leadership, Fitness Beauty Health™ has grown across Muskoka, Toronto, and Nosara, Costa Rica. Inspired by nature, well-being, and longevity, the brand’s classes, products, and offerings reflect the environments in which they are created, refined, grounded, and enduring.
Her work blends strength with steadiness and discipline with warmth, creating an experience that feels powerful, elevated, and deeply intentional.
