  • Power Yoga

    Our power yoga class uses Baptiste methodology from Journey into Power. This sequence builds heat linking breath with movement. Find your true north alignment through balanced action. Build strength, let go of tension and align your body. 60 minute class with music.

  • Pilates mat

    Practice Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it! This classical mat class is a core workout. Build strength without bulk, slim your waistline and improve posture. You will be able to measure your progress advancing from beginner to intermediate learning exercise names with modifications.

  • Sculpt: total body conditioning

    Increase stability in this full body workout that creates strength through flexion - extension with a proper warm up and cool down. Master using your body weight or add resistance with our ankle or hand props. 60 minute workout with music, optional props, ankle weights & hand weights.

  • Mobility

    Our beloved mobility class is designed to ease tension, open and reset the body with breath. Increase your range of motion and support joint health through pliability; lengthening & softening.

  • Meditation

    Meditation is incorporated into all classes by putting emphasis on breath, balance and presence. Sound healing is a special event series offered in small group settings. The goal with sound bath healing is balance and restoration, a shift in our nervous system to reduce anxiety and source healing by lowering blood pressure, improving circulation and reducing respiratory rate. 60 minutes performed with crystal sound bowls.

  • Workout Series is a focused workout designed to target a group of muscles.

    Spine Health - a simple guide to spine mobility exercises; neck, mid & low back.

    Core & Arms - upper body trunk focused toning workout.

    Ballet legs - a lower body focused toning workout

    Length & Flow - yoga vinyasa, mobility movement and pilates in a flow of breath & movement.
