Fitness Beauty Health provides activating, full body workouts for all levels. Our classes will always deliver quality instruction, physical alignment, an emphasis on breath with a proper warm-up and cool down. We are here to inspire you to move, learn and listen to your body. We will support you along your journey of self-discovery.

Class Style

  • Our power yoga class uses Baptiste methodology from Journey into Power. This sequence builds heat linking breath with movement. Find your true north alignment through balanced action. Build strength, let go of tension and align your body. 60 minute class with music.

  • Practice Pilates the way Joseph Pilates intended it! This classical mat class is a core workout. Build strength without bulk, slim your waistline and improve posture. You will be able to measure your progress advancing from beginner to intermediate learning exercise names with modifications.

  • Increase stability in this full body workout that creates strength through flexion - extension with a proper warm up and cool down. Master using your body weight or add resistance with our ankle or hand props. 60 minute workout with music, optional props, ankle weights & hand weights.

  • Our beloved mobility class is designed to ease tension, open and reset the body with breath. Increase your range of motion and support joint health through pliability; lengthening & softening.

  • Reformer Pilates uses spring resistance to build strength, flexibility, and postural alignment — all tailored to your body type, structure, and personal goals. We focus on functional strength, core stability, and mobility to support how you move in everyday life. Expect precision, flow, and results that carry into every other form of movement you do. 60 minutes. Fully private. You’ll leave feeling taller, stronger, and more connected.

  • Meditation is incorporated into all classes by putting emphasis on breath, balance and presence. Sound healing is a special event series offered in small group settings. Our goal with sound bath meditation is balance and restoration, a shift in your nervous system to reduce anxiety and source healing by lowering blood pressure, improving circulation and reducing respiratory rate. 60 minutes performed with crystal sound bowls.
