Villa in the jungle at Jade Resort, is a beautifully appointed private property located in Nosara, Costa Rica. It is one of a handful of villas within the protected beach reserve of Playa Guiones, with its own 200 metre path through the mangrove to the ocean. The charming downtown of Nosara is a short walk away from your villa, where you can explore local shopping, spa services and traditional food.

Along the 6km beach, there are tide pools, hiking trails and turtle wildlife refuge nearby that we may explore as part of our adventure. Your day can be full of adventure and experiences with a la cart activities; surf lessons, tennis lessons, horseback riding and spa services. Balanced with rest and relaxation by the pool or afternoon massage.

Our accommodations are in the private villas of Jade Resort. A spacious pool, common area and large air conditioned rooms and outdoor sitting areas. There are seven villas (either single or shared). Breakfast and Lunch will be prepared by an experienced chef, inspired by the abundance of nourishing local foods customized to your bodies preference.

Our practice space is a gorgeous open air deck that looks over the pool. We will practice Pilates, Yoga and Meditation daily. Peace and serenity of this place enhances the union of body, mind, breath, spirit and nature. Accommodation and meals

The price includes 7 night accommodation at Jade resort, breakfast and lunch. Daily beach meditation Yoga & Pilates classes. Private events including Pilates Reformer, sound meditation and live music.

Registration

Non refundable 50% deposit to hold your room, with the balance owing 90 days before retreat date.

Flights

Fly to Liberia airport, from international cities. Transportation will be arranged for you, to be picked up and driven to Nosara, which is a 2 hour drive from Liberia airport. Price of transportation is not included $200 for a large van, holds 6 people. To avoid a 2 hour drive; Fly to San Jose or Liberia and book with Sansa air to fly to Nosara airport, this flight is in a hopper plan and the trip from Liberia to Nosara is 30 minutes.

A morning flight is encouraged from all departing airports to arrive in Nosara by the late afternoon. If you wish to come earlier before the retreat or stay letter, let Mackenzie know and we can advise on local accommodations.

Not included:

Flights, transportation (will be arranged), dinners and experiences outside of the Villa, A la cart services, activities, excursions.

Cancellation policy

If you must cancel your trip, you will be refunded half of your initial deposit. Cancellation refunds are accepted 4 months before retreat date. Fitness Beauty Health is not responsible for flight reservations.
